Ventureshield the Choice of Champions
Ventureshield has proved itself again with SEAT BTCC cars Peninsular TVR had exacting requirements when ordering their VentureShield Paint Protection Film. The light apertures were completely covered to assist aerodynamics which proved a challenge to the installer, as the whole three dimensional wing area was protected with one piece of film, this shows the extreme flexibility of the VentureShield and would have proved impossible without these properties. The previous installation on their bodywork had remained intact for several races with no need for removal and replacement. The spare bodywork here was fully wrapped to protect the vulnerable freshly painted surfaces.
The Scuderia Italia Racing Team utilizes VentureShield film on all of its Ferrari racing cars.
Seen here in the Spa 24 hour endurance race, the car was involved in a pit lane collision that damaged the side panel. When the VentureShield was removed, the painted surface was left without a scratch!
At the recent Le Mans 24 hour Endurance Race, VentureShield was called upon
to protect almost 40% of the field of 50. Pictured was the damage sustained
after the initial pre qualifying session which was only two hours long! This
session took it's toll on the vulnerable painted bumpers of BAM Motor sport
Porsche 966GT3 RSR.
